A confirmed booking requires a non-refundable advance payment as agreed at the time of enquiry. The remaining balance is payable on or before the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Date changes are subject to team availability and must be requested at least 15 days in advance. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable.
Edited photographs and films are delivered within the timeline communicated at booking. Raw/unedited files are not part of standard packages unless specifically agreed.
Classic Photos may use images from your event for portfolio, social media and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
While every effort is made to capture all key moments, Classic Photos is not liable for events outside our control (venue restrictions, extreme weather, equipment failure beyond reasonable prevention).
